See Lesley Riley at Textiles in Brisbane or have Lesley at your place – at least in spirit

As you may know, I am bringing Lesley Riley to Australia for the Textile Art Festival, June 11-13 2011. Lesley has created Transfer Artist Paper (TAP) and has written two books – one on using Lutradur and the other, brand new one on using the TAP. The TAP book is not due to go on sale until mid July this year, but I have a number of boxes arriving this week!

For those of you who can not get to the show or would like to have these books in advance of the show, I have prepared a very short May special.

First – there are four places left in Lesley’s Saturday class – . Her other two classes have now sold out, even though I have increased the numbers. There will be no further increases in the class numbers.

Lesley will also be giving a brief talk at the show at 2.30 each afternoon and between times will be at an Artist at work space near one of my stands.

I will be there too of course and will be running a hands on workshop playing with the new deColourant products, a talk on incorporating fabulous fabrics into your patchwork and other projects and will be demonstrating surface design techniques at an Artist at Work space.
